Their coach will introduce positive psychology and leadership coaching tools to help them to think about concrete actions that would best serve to reach their goal(s). In between sessions coaches work on applying tools, creating habits aligned with their goals and check-in each session with their coach to reassess and redirect for accountability.
Step 3 Celebrate
At a coachee’s final session we celebrate their progress and plan out next steps for the future. While some organizations opt in for continued support, coaches can also plan out how to revisit coaching exercises in their objectives sheet for self-coaching purposes in order to keep up the momentum, set new goals moving forward into their next career transitions.
