Step 2 Take Action
Start your coaching program. Your coach will introduce positive psychology and leadership coaching tools to help you to think about concrete actions that would best serve you to reach your goal(s). In between sessions you will work on applying tools, creating habits related to your goals and be able to check-in each session with your coach to reassess and redirect for accountability.
Step 3 Celebrate
At your final session you will celebrate your progress and plan out next steps for the future. While you are welcome to opt in for continued support, we can also plan out how you can revisit coaching exercises in your objectives sheet for self-coaching purposes in order to keep up the momentum, set new goals moving forward in your current and future life transitions.
